  • The UFU characterises a purported Corporate Staff Enterprise Agreement offer from FRV as fundamentally flawed.
  • Commissioner Freeman has been intransigent in mischaracterising the UFU's action in bargaining.
  • The purported offer is misleading and misrepresents the UFU position by including clauses that are either not agreed to, amended or repeals agreed clauses.
  • The offer does not include claims that require further bargaining.
  • The UFU has sent correspondence to FRV asserting that FRV bargaining representatives have breached the bargaining in good faith provisions of the Fair Work Act.
  • Commissioner Freeman has demonstrated his inability to bargain in Good Faith.
  • Corporate staff have not received a wage increase in over 4 years.

Corporate staff must vote no! If FRV put out the offer to a ballot of all corporate employees.
